Recommendation of Finance Comee on _ adopted.

allowed for his compensation for the duties
pertaining to the "Repair Fund", one half
of one per cent per annum on the
amount of said fund as it shall ap-
pear at the close of each year, begin-
ning with the fiscal year now drawing to
a close.

Report, in part, referred to next Board _

Upon motion of Mr Crocker,
Voted, _ that so much of the report
as refers to the management of the affairs
of the Corporation by officers at the Cem-
etery be referred to the next Board _

Question about Tomb-Rights referred to Comee on Lots.

In accordance with a suggestion
from the Committee on Lots, and upon motion
by Mr Nazro, Voted that the question
whether persons who purchased lots or rights
to locate lots prior to the enactment of
any by law restricting the erection of
tombs, or prescribing the manner in
which they should be built, and who
have not yet erected tombs upon such
lots, are by such priority exempted from
the operation of said by law – be re-
ferred to the Committee on Lots to report
thereon.

Lot 2730 Represented.

Upon the petition of the Executors and trustees
under the will of Theodore Chase, late
the proprietor of lot numbered 2730,
George B. Chase of Boston, as son was


designated to represent said lot.. } Attest Austin J. Coolidge
the meeting was then adjourned without day. } Secy.
