Annual Meeting

Mount Auburn Cemetery.

The Annual Meeting of the Proprietors of
the Cemetery of Mount Auburn, will be
held in Boston, at Mercantile Hall,
16 Summer Street, on Monday, the fourth
day of February, at 3½ o'clock P. M. to
hear the Reports of the Trustees, Treasurer
and Superintendent, and to choose Trustees
for the ensuing year.

Pursuant to the foregoing notice, which
was published seven days before the time
of meeting in the Boston Daily Advertiser
and in several other newspapers, the Proprietors
met at the time and place therein named.

A quorum being in attendance, the
President, Dr Jacob Bigelow, took the chair.

Records read.

The Secretary read the printed notification
of the meeting, also the record of the
last annual meeting. _

Annual Rep^t of Trustees _

The President read the annual report
of the Trustees in print, which upon
motion of Jeffrey Richardson Esq. was
accepted.

Annual Reports of Treasurer & Superintendent

The Treasurer read his annual
report, also that of the Superintendent,
both in print, which upon motion of
Farnham Plummer ^^Esq. were severally accepted.
