Report of Comee on Regulations &c of Interment respecting management of affairs at Cem.y.

Mr Tobey of the Committee on Reg-
ulations & Records of Interments, to which
was referred the Management of the
affairs of the Corporation at the Cem-
etery in their bearing upon its financial
condition, submitted a report in
writing.

Laid on table _

Upon motion by Mr Read
Voted that this report be accepted
and laid upon the table. _

Special Comee to Examine Supts books & accounts, & suggest any necessary change in conduct of businss at the Cemetery _

Upon motion by Mr Curtis,
Voted that a committee consisting of
the committee on Regulations & Records of
Interments together with the Finance Com-
mittee, be requested to investigate the
Superintendent's books and accounts, and
be authorized to employ a suitable clerk
or clerks about the same, and report
the result of their investigations to
this board at the next meeting, or
at a meeting to be called by them earlier,
if they deem it expedient, and that
they also be requested to make any recommen-
dations as to the mode of keeping said accounts,
and of conducting the affairs of the Corpora-
tion at the Cemetery in the future, which
in their judgement, the interests of the
Corporation may require.

The meeting was then adjourned.
