Trustees _ Special Meeting, .

A Special Meeting of the Trustees, called
by request of the committee chosen at the
last meeting, who were empowered so to
do, was held on

The President, and Messrs Andrews, Cheever,
Crocker, Curtis, Little, Nazro and Rand
were present.

Record _

So much of the record of the last
meeting as pertained to the matter for
which this meeting was called, was read,
together with the report of the Committee
on Interments which ^report was laid on the table
at the last meeting.

Mr Tobey Excused from service on the Comee on Supts Accts.

Mr Tobey chairman of the special
Committee chosen at the last meeting, sub-
mitted a written report. _

As he expected tomorrow to leave the
city to be absent for a period, he reques-
ted that he might be excused from fur-
ther service on the Committee.

Upon motion of Mr Andrews, _ Voted
that Mr Tobey be excused.

above vote reconsidered _

Mr Tobey stated, upon reflection, that
as the committee consisted of two of the
Standing Committees of the Board, of one
of which he was chairman, he did not
see how he could properly be excused;
that the remaining members of the committee
were competent to act in the matter; but
