Upon motion by Mr Curtis, Voted
to reconsider the vote by which Mr Tobey
was excused. _

Upon motion also by Mr Curtis,
Voted that the report be recommitted.

Mr Austin added to Com^ee

Upon motion by Mr Curtis Voted that
Mr Austin be added to the Committee.

Mr Tobey chairman of the
committee on the investigation of
the superintendent's accounts, having
stated verbally that Mr Mann has
proposed to deposite in the hands
of the Treasurer of this Corporation
one thousand dollars to meet any
deficiencies or inaccuracies which in a
further and full investigation of his
accounts may be proved

Treasurer authorized to receive one thousand dolls [sic], on deposite from the Sup^t

Voted that the Treasurer be
and hereby is authorized to receive of
Mr Jonathan Mann, Superintendent
the sum of one thousand dollars
as proposed by him and to give a re-
ceipt therefor.
