Trustees -

The regular monthly meeting of the Trus-
tees was held on

There were present the President, Messrs
Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Little, Nazro, Rand,
Read and Tobey

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Mr Spooner the Gardener, requests to be heard on subject of his resignation _

A written request was received from Wm H.
Spooner, Jr
to be heard on the matter of his res-
ignation at this meeting.

No objection being made, and Mr Spooner
was introduced, and he made some statements not con-
tained in his letter of conditional resignation; but
no action was taken.

Report of progress on Supt's accts.

Mr Nazro, chairman of the committee appointed
to investigate the accounts of the Superintendent,
made a written report of progress in the examination,
detailing some of the results so far as the investigation
has proceeded: and the Committee asked for
further time, which was granted.

Report in print on mode of conducting business of Cemetery.

The report of the same Committee upon the mode
of keeping the accounts, and of conducting the affairs
of the Corporation at the Cemetery, which had been
printed, by order of the Board, next came up for
action.
