Amend^t. proposed by Mr Nazro-

Mr Nazro moved as an amendment to
these resolutions to strike out all after the
word "Resolved"- and to insert the propo-
sitions contained in the report of the Committee,
which motion was lost.

Foregoing Resolutions adopted as a whole by a yea & nay vote.

Mr Nazro called for the yeas and nays,
which were ordered, with the following
result. _

Yeas - Messrs Andrews, Bigelow, Cheever, Curtis
Rand and Read. _

Nays - Messrs Crocker, Nazro and Tobey.

and referred to com^ee of three for Verbal amend^ts.

Upon motion by Mr Rand,
Voted that the resolutions as adopted be
referred to a Committee of three for such
verbal corrections as may be needed, and

Messrs Curtis, Rand and Bigelow were
chosen as the Committee.

Mr Crocker came in, and desired that his
vote should be recorded against the four
resolutions offered by Mr Rand, and leave was
accordingly granted.
