That Capt. Winsor be requested to enter
upon his duties at such time after the 1st day
of August and prior to the 1st day of September,
as shall suit his convenience.

Voted that when this meeting adjourn,
it be to Saturday next at 10 o'clock.

Salaries and Compensation of Officers fixed-

Mr Nazro for the Special Committee submitted
the following report: _

"The Committee on Investigation &c having had the sub-
ject of salaries of the officers recommitted to them, and having
given their attention to it, now recommend _

That the salary of the Superintendent be $1000 per annum,
and the use of the house now occupied by Mr Mann: _

That the Treasurer shall receive the same compensation
as at present: -

That the Gatekeeper shall receive $400 per annum: _

That the Secretary shall receive $500 per annum and
the fees for deeds ^as now charged.

And the report was adopted. Attest A. J. Coolidge Sec.y.
