Trustees Adjd Meeting _ _

Trustees Adjourned Meeting

There were present Messrs Andrews,
Bigelow, Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Nazro,
Rand and Read.

Comee on Amendts to By-laws report _ Laid on table till next meeting _

The Committee chosen to consider and
report what alterations of and amendments
to the by-laws were necessary reported in
writing, proposing various amendments
detailed at length in their report.

These were read twice, and laid on
the table until the next meeting.

Additional Amendt proposed by Mr Rand _

Mr Rand proposed the following
amendment in addition to those reported,
viz. In Art 31st, line 7, to strike out the
words _"music nor".

Mr Spooner, the Gardener, again sends in his resignation _ which was Refd to Comee.

A communication was received from Mr Spooner,
reiterating his resignation, and making some
suggestions, as to what might be realized by the
Corporation from the care of lots.

Upon motion by Mr Curtis,

Voted that the communication of Mr Spooner
be referred to Messrs Rand, Cheever, and Andrews
to consider the expediency of accepting his resig-
nation, and to report on the whole subject. _
