Com. on Grounds requested to discontinue services of Mr Mann _ except _ &c

Upon motion by Mr Rand,

Voted that the Committee on Grounds be requested
to discontinue the services of Mr Mann, except
so far as may be necessry in completing the fountains
and indicating the course of the water pipes, culverts,
drains &c and in giving such informaton as the
Committee may desire.

Repairs on Supts house _

Upon motion by Mr Crocker,

Voted that the incoming Superintendent
(Capt. Winsor) be authorized to expend a sum
not exceeding $100 in repairs upon the house.

Sec.y to procure Special Police Appointments for himself, Suptt &c _

Upon motion by Mr Curtis,

Voted that the Secretary be authorized in behalf
of this Board to apply to the authorities of
Cambridge and Watertown for the appointment
of himself and the Superintendent, and such
other persons as the Superintendent may designate
as Special Police at Mount Auburn.
