Report of Com^ee on Mr Spooner's resignation _ continued _
Mr Spooner shall collect all the bills
for labor and care of lots now due for his own use,
and shall pay all his indebtedness to the Corpo-
ration, as the same would have been done under
the previous agreements _ He shall purchase of
the Corporation the stock of plants, pots &c in the
Greenhouse at the price of five hundred dollars, and
shall take a lease of the greenhouse and grounds
as aforesaid & shall during the term of the lease
keep the greenhouse in good repair at his own expense
This arrangement being satisfactory to
Mr Spooner, and as the Committee think for the
interest of the Corporation they recommend that
authority be given to carry the same into effect."

On motion of Mr. Read the report was accepted.
On motion by Mr Rand,
Voted that the Treasurer be authorized to settle
with Mr Spooner, on the basis of the report.
Tomb under Park St. Church Release to Soc.y requested, and ordered _
A paper was presented from a Committee of the
Park St. Cong. Society, containing the signature of sev-
eral proprietors of tombs under the meeting-house of
said society, agreeing to release their rights in said
tombs _ with the request that the Trustees would
authorize the release of the tomb owned by this Cor-
poration, on the ground that such tombs are a
nuisance.
