Trustees Records _ 1862 - 3.

The first meeting of the Trustees of the Cem-
etery of Mount Auburn for organization and
business was held at the office of the Corporation,
(No. 33 School St.) on Monday February 17^th at 10
o'clock a.m.

There were present Messrs Andrews, Bigelow,
Cheever, Crocker, Nazro, Rand, Read, Sleeper
and Tobey.

The records of the annual meeting of the Propri-
etors and of the last meeting of the Trustees were read.

Choice of Officers and Committees _

The Trustees then proceeded to ballot for officers
and Committees required to be chosen by ballot,
and the following were chosen. _
