Mr Andrews for the Committee on Lots, reported
that contracts had been made for the perpetual
repair of lots as follows, subject to the ratification
of this Board: _

In the last case to begin upon the decease of the
last survivor of Eunice M. & Eliza A. Gridley.

Voted that the report be accepted, and the
contracts confirmed. _

Circular to Proprietors of lots defic^t in bound ordered _

The Secretary read a circular which he had
prepared to send to proprietors whose lots have
been found, in making the recent survey, to be either
without any or sufficient bounds.

Upon motion by Mr. Sleeper,

Voted that the circular be adopted, and sent to
such proprietors.

On motion by Mr Crocker,

Voted that the subject of effecting the removal
