Trustees _ April 7. 1862 no Quorum _

Monday April 7. 1862

At 10 o'clock a.m. the regular hour for
the meeting of the Board of Trustees, there
were in attendance, Messrs Austin, Bige-
low, Cheever and Nazro, who not consti-
tuting a quorum, adjourned to the next
regular meeting.

The regular meeting of the Trustees was held
on Monday May 5. 1862, at 10 o'clock a.m.

There were present Messrs Andrews, Bigelow,
Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Nazro, Rand & Sleeper.

The record of the last meeting was read. ~ .

Guaranty for Perpet^l Repair of lots. _

Upon the subject of the vote passed at the last meeting,
referring to the Committeee on Lots the subject of examining
and reporting upon the guaranty for the perpetual repair
of lots. _

Mr Curtis, Chairman of the Committee reported
^^verbally that the Committee had taken what they deemed to
be a safe and prudent course, in fixing the amount
for which the Corporation should assume the obligation for
perpetual care of lots high enough to secure th Corpor-
ation against danger of loss, _ which report was
accepted.
