Trustees - Sept^r 1. 1862 no quorum _

Monday September 1. 1862

At 10 o'clock a.m., the regular hour for the
meeting of the Board of Trustees there were
in attendance, Messrs Bigelow, Cheever, Crocker
and Nazro, who, not constituting a quorum,
adjourned the meeting for one week. _

Trustees Sept^r 8.1862.

A meeting of the Trustees of Mount Auburn
was held according to adjournment on Monday,
September 8^th at 10 o'clock a.m. _

There were present Messrs Andrews, Bigelow,
Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Little, Nazro, Read and
Sleeper.

The record of the last meeting was read. _

J. Mann's case _ Additional counsel authorized.

The Chairman of the Committee to prosecute the claim
of the Corporation vs. J. Mann stated that
notice had been received from the defendant's
counsel that they should appeal from the auditor's
report. He also stated that additional counsel had
been employed by them.

Upon motion of Mr Read,

Voted that it is expedient that the Committee
of prosecution should employ additional counsel
for the Corporation.
