Trustees Report,

Voted to accept the report, the President, ad-
apting the same to the exigency of the case, filling
them if the Treasurer's report shall be ready, and
striking them out, if otherwise. _

The Trustees held their regular monthly meeting
on

Present Messrs Andrews, Bigelow, Crocker,
Curtis, Nazro, Rand and Tobey. _

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Absence of Treasr

The President read a note from the Treasurer
at Newbern, North Carolina, whither he had gone
under a commission from the Governor of Massachusetts,
to look after the wants of Massachusettts Soldiers, stating
his inability to have his Annual Report ready in
season for the Proprietors' meeting.

There being no other business, the meeting was
adjourned without day. _
