Proprietors' Annual Meeting _ Feby. 2. 1863.

Mount Auburn Cemetery

The Annual Meeting of the Proprietors of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn will be held in
Boston, at Mercantile Hall, 16 Summer Street,
on Monday, February 2^d, at 3½ o'clock P.M. to
hear the reports of the Trustees and Treasurer, and
to choose Trustees for the ensuing year. _

Notification _

Boston, Jany. 1863

In accordance with the foregoing notification which
was published seven days before the time of meeting in
several Boston newspapers, the Proprietors met at
the time and place therein named.

A quorum being in attendance, the President,
Dr. Jacob Bigelow took the chair.

The Secretary read the record of the last
annual meeting.

Annual Report of Trustees _

The President read the Annual Report of the Trustees,
in print.

On motion of Jeffrey Richardson Esq,
The report was accepted. _

Treasurer's Rep^t not ready _

The President stated that in consequence of the absence
of the Treasurer, at Newbern, North Carolina, his report
was not ready. _
