On motion by Mr Curtis,

Daniel L. Winsor was chosen Superintendent.

Gatekeeper chosen _

On motion by Mr Crocker,
James Derby Jr. was chosen Gatekeeper _

Compensation of Secretary.

On motion of Mr Andrews,

Voted that the salary of the Secretary be the same
at last year - $500, and such fees and allowances as before.

Treasurer

On motion of Mr Nazro,

Voted that the compensation of the Treasurer
be the same as last year, _ viz. 2½ per cent on am^t of
sales, and bills collected, and ½ per cent on the am^t of
Repair fund, _ the whole compensation exclusive of the ½ per
cent on the Repair Fund not to exceed eight hundred dollars.

and Superintendent _

The President read a communication form the Superintendent
asking for an increase of salary.

On motion of Mr Crocker, Voted that the Superinten-
dent's salary be fifteen hundred dollars & the use of the house.
