Trustees meeting May 4. 1863 _ continued _

The President subsequently came in and took the Chair.

Treasurer's Annual Report accepted & ordered to be printed _

On motion of Mr Nazro,

Voted that the Treasurer's Report be accepted. _

On motion of Mr Crocker,

Voted that the report be printed, and laid before
the Proprietors at the adjourned annual meeting. _

Adj^d Ann^l Meeting to be called on May 11^th _

Also voted, on motion of Mr Crocker,

The Secretary call an adjourned annual meeting on
Monday next, at 4 o'clock P. M., to hear the Treasurer's
Annual Report.

Gatekeeper's Salary increased _

The President read a communication from the Gatekeeper
requesting an increase of his salary.

On motion of Mr Crocker,

Voted that the salary of the Gatekeeper be increased
one hundred dollars per annum, for the current year.

Quest. of increase of salary of Secretary ref^d to Spec.^l Com^ee.

Voted that the expediency of increasing the com-
pensation of the Secretary be referred to a Special
Committee of three persons; and upon nomination by the
chair, Messrs Nazro, Cheever and Curtis were chosen
said Committee.

Com. on prosecution vs Mann to report

On motion by Mr Austin,

Voted that the Committee chosen to prosecute the claim of
the Corporation against Jonathan Mann, be instructed
