Adjourned Annual Meeting May 11, 1863

Adjourned Annual Meeting of Proprietors.

The adjourned Annual Meeting of the Proprietors of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn, was held, in accordance
with a vote of the Trustees (the time to which the meeting
should be adjourned having been referred to the Board
of Trustees) and after due notice in the newspapers, on
Monday, May 11^th at 4 o'clock P. M. _

A quorum being in attendance, the President,
Dr Jacob Bigelow, took the Chair.

The record of the Annual Meeting was read.

Treasurer's Report.

The Treasurer read his Annual Report.

Upon motion of Jeffrey Richardson seconded by Charles
Torrey, Esq^r, the report was acepted. _

After informal conversation on matters relating to the
management of the business of the Corporation,
the meeting was dissolved.
