The proposition was discussed, and objections
being found to exist to the laying out of an avenue on
the northerly side of said fountain over the whole
course of Thistle Path.

new Avenue from Walnut to Spruce ordered _

On motion of Mr Sleeper, it was

Voted that the Committee on Grounds be author-
ized to lay out an avenue, of the usual width, from
the easterly end of Thistle Path to Cowslip Path (as here-
to fore known on the plan) thence by said Cowslip Path
to Spruce Avenue; provided the same is done without
infringing the rights of any proprietor.

The meeting was then adjourned

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was
held on Monday, November 2^d 1863, at 10 o'clock a.m.

There were present Messrs Cheever, Crocker,
Curtis, Little and Nazro. _

Chairman pro tem.

The President being absent from town, Mr Curtis
was chosen Chairman pro tempore.

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Report of Com on Lots on the [Lots kept in repair by Corporation under contract]

Mr Curtis for the Committee on Lots submitted a
written report upon the condition of the lots which are
kept in repair by the Corporation under contract.
