[Report of Com on Lots on the] Lots kept in repair by Corporation under contract

which report was accepted. _

Statement of surplus income on same to be sent to Sup^t _

On motion by Mr Curtis,

Voted that the Secretary send to the Superinten-
dent the Statement of the Committee on several lots
referred to in their report which need repairs, with the
amount of the fund for each lot according to the last
report of the Treasurer, and instruct him to cause such
repairs as may be necessary within the income of the funds
upon the lots not guarantied, and put the guarantied
lots in order. _

Sup^t requested to furnish list of lots neglected by Proprietors

Upon motion by Mr Crocker,

Voted that the Superintendent be requested to
furnish the Secretary with a list of lots in the
Cemetery which appear to have been neglected by
the proprietors, and for which no contract for re-
pair had been made with the Corporation.

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn was held on Monday,
December 7^th at 10 o'clock a.m. _

There were present Messrs Austin, Bigelow,
Cheever, Curtis and Rand. _

The record of the last meeting was read. _
