Copy of Deed to Mary Hemenway

in suitable and good repair and preservation:
and further, that the said Mary Hemenway,
her heirs and assigns, shall be permitted
to keep and maintain, at her and their
own Expense, such ornamental appendages to
said basin and fountain as shall be ap-
proved by the Board of Trustees for the
time being of said Corporation.

In testimony whereof the said Proprie-
tors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn have
caused this instrument to be signed by their
Treasurer
and countersigned by their Secretary,
and their common seal to be hereto affixed
