The President read the Annual Report
of the Trustees, which upon motion by Mr
Nazro, was accepted, and ordered to be printed
for the Proprietors.

Treasurer's Report _

The Treasurer read his Annual Report,
which upon motion by Mr Read was accepted
and ordered to be printed for the Proprietors,

Superintendent's Report _

The Superintendent's Report was also read
and ordered to be printed with the others.

Trustees _ Feby. 1, 1864

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was
held on Monday, February 1^st, 1864, at 10 o'clock a.m.

There were present Messrs Austin, Bigelow, Cheever,
Crocker, Little and Nazro. _

The records of the last meeting were read and approved.

Representatives designated for Lots

In the following cases, applications were received for the
representation of lots of deceased proprietors, and the persons
nominated were severally designated to represent the lots: _
