Feby 1. 1864 Annual Meeting of the Proprietors _

Mount Auburn Cemetery _

The Annual Meeting of the Proprietors of
the Cemetery of Mount Auburn will be held in
Boston, at Mercantile Hall, 16 Summer Street, on
Monday, February 1, at 4 o'clock P.M., to hear the
Annual Reports, and to choose Trustees for the ensuing
year. ~ Austin J. Coolidge, Secretary.

Notification _

In accordance with the foregoing notification which
was published seven days before the time of meeting
in several Boston newspapers, the Proprietors met
at the time and place therein named,

A quorum being in attendance, the President,
Dr Jacob Bigelow, took the chair. _

Records read _

The Secretary read the record of the last
annual meeting, and the adjournment thereof. _

Annual Reports of Trustees, Treasurer & Superintendent read _ & accepted

The President read the annual report of
the Trustees; the Secretary that of the Superintendent,
and the Treasurer his own report, all of them
in print, which, on motion by Chas. Torrey Esq,
were severally accepted. _

Com^ee chosen to nominate Trustees -

On motion of Charles Torrey Esq.

Voted that a committee of three be appointed
to retire and nominate a board of twelve trus-
tees for the ensuing year. -_
