Voted that the Superintendent and
Gatekeeper be paid the same salary, respec-
tively as was allowed for the last year.

Upon motion by Mr Rand,
Voted that the subject of the suit against Mr
Mann be referred to a committee of three,
to report thereon at a future meeting; and

In the following cases applications were received
for the representation of lots of deceased proprietors,
and the persons nominated, were severally designa-
ted to represent said lots.
Benjamin Fiske of Medford, son of Benj. Fiske,
late proprietor of lot numbered 203, to represent said lot.
John G. Cushing of Belmont, son of John P. Cushing late pro-
prietor of lot numbered 385, to represent said lot. _
Daniel B. Widdifield of Boston, son of Danl B. Widdifield,
late proprietor of lot numbered 420, to represent said lot. _
Charles W. Eliot of Cambridge, son of Samuel A. Eliot,
late proprietor of lot numbered 713, to represent said lot.
