Trustees _ March 7, 1864

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees of
Mount Auburn was held on Monday March 7^th
1864, at 10 o'clock a.m. _

There were present Messrs Austin, Bigelow,
Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Livermore, Nazro,
Norcross, Rand and Read. _

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Report of Special Committee on Suit vs J. Mann _

Mr Rand for the Committee to which was referred
the subject of the suit against Mr Mann, read
the report of the Committee of which the following
is a copy: _

"The Committee to whom was referred the sub-
ject of the suit against Mr Mann, beg leave to report,

That inasmuch as this subject has been referred to
them in consequence of the action of the Proprietors at their
last annual meeting requesting the Trustees to discon-
tinue said suit and to refund the money deposited
by Mr Mann with the Treasurer, deeming a concise
history of the case necessary to a right understanding
and appreciation of the past doings and the present
situation of the Trustees in relation to their matter,
they present such history as a part of their report.

the accounts of the Superintendent at the Cemetery, made by
