discontinuance of the suit, or a verdict in his
favor, entitle him to damages for such loss
or deprivation.

They therefore recommend that upon a
discontinuance of the suit, the money now held
by the Treasurer on deposit from Mr Mann
be returned to him without interest.

Superintendent of Mount Auburn Cemetery one thousand
dollars deposited by him to meet any deficiencies or
inaccuracies that on Examination of my (his) accounts
with said Corporation may prove to Exist, which depos-
it is in accordance with a vote of the Trustees passed
this day.
