Increase in price of lots _

Upon motion by Mr Crocker, it was

Voted that, until otherwise ordered, no upland
between Yew and Central Avenues be sold for less
than two dollars ($2) per square foot; and no upland
in other parts of the Old Cemetery be sold for less than
one dollar ($1) per square foot, except by approval of
the Committee on Lots.

Communications from Mr C P Curtis respecting his resignation to be laid before next Annual Meeting of Prop^rs _

A written communication from Mr C. P. Curtis in
reply to the request contained in the vote adopted at
the last meeting that he would withdraw his resignation
as a member of this Board, was read.

Upon motion by Mr Crocker,

Voted that Mr Curtis's communication of the
4^th of June be placed on file and that this ^^& and his preceding
communication of April 4^th, on the same subject, be laid
before the Proprietors at their next annual meeting.

The meeting was then adjourned.
