Trustees _ _

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held on _

There were present Messrs Bigelow, Cheever,
Crocker, Nazro and Read. _

The record of the last meeting was read and
approved. _

Settlt with the Granite Railway Co., Report of Progress _

The President informally stated that the Comee
to settle with the Granite Railway Company had
engaged the services of three competent experts to
examine the façade of the Catacomb tomb and
report thereon. _

Report of Comee in favor of in-crease of salary of Supt rejected _

Mr Nazro for the Committee to whom was referred
the application of the Superintendent for an increase
of his salary, reported recommending that his salary be
increased to eighteen hundred dollars per annum,
with the same perquisites he now has, to commence
at the beginning of the present quarter.

Mr Read moved the adoption of the Report: but the
motion failed, only four votes being cast in its favor.

Gate-Keeper's Application for increase of salary _ referred to Comee

A memorial was received from James Derby, Gate-
Keeper, asking for an increase in his salary: and his
application was referred to the same Committee _ Messrs
Nazro, Little and Livermore. _
