Sec.y, under the direction of the Com^ee on Lots authorized to send circular to Propr^s on subj. "Repair Fund" _

"That the Secretary, under the direction of the
Committee on Lots, be authorized to send a
printed circular to every proprietor of a lot in
the Cemetery, in accordance with the previous vote."

Sup^t instructed to place numbers & bounds to lots without them _

Mr Norcross also submitted a list of
lots without proper boundary posts, furnished by
the Superintendent at the request of the Committee
on Lots; upon which it was

"Voted that the Superintendent be instruc-
ted to place the numbers and bounds to such
lots as have been neglected, at the expense of
the proprietors, notice having previously been
given in accordance with the rules of this Board."

Sup^t directed before 1^st Monday in April each year to report to Trustees a list of all lots out of repair _

Mr Norcross also submitted a list of
lots out of repair, furnished by the Superintendent,
at the request of the Committee on Lots:

Upon which it was

"Voted that the Superintendent be required on
or before the first Monday in April, Each year,
to report to the Trustees a list of all lots which
may be so much out of repair as to detract from
the general good appearance of the Cemetery, upon
which the proprietors of said lots, or other persons
interested therein, shall be notified by the Secretary
of their condition, and be earnestly requested to put
them in repair."
