Respecting the exclusion of dilinqent [sic] Undertakers _

Voted _ that the Superintendent, under the direc-
tion of the Committee on Interments be directed
to exclude from the privileges of the Cemetery any
Undertaker, in his official capacity; who shall
have been reported as dilinquent in complying with
the regulations relating to interments.

Expediency of having printed certif. of Graves in Public Lots referred to Comee on Lots _

The Secretary suggested to the Board the
expediency of a having a certificate prepared in
due form to be given to every purchaser of a
grave in either of the Public Lots, and sub-
mitted a form which he had prepared for that
purpose; _ upon which it was

Voted that the same be referred to the
Committee on Lots, with full power. ~
