The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was
held on

There were present the President, and Messrs
Cheever, Crocker, Livermore, Read and Sleeper.

The record of the last meeting and the adjourn-
ment thereof was read. ~

Resolution referring resignation of Mr C.P. Curtis to next annual meeting reconsidered _

Mr Livermore offered the following vote: _

"Whereas by the decease of Mr Curtis, there is
no further occasion for the reference to the next annual
meeting of the Proprietors the communications of Mr
Curtis
tendering his resignation as a member of this Board,
under date of and .

Voted that the vote of the Trustees on the ordering such reference be hereby reconsidered.

and the motion was unanimously adopted. _

Representation of Lots _

In the following cases applications were received
for the representation of lots of deceased proprietors, and the
persons nominated were severally designated to represent
the lots: _
