Mount Auburn Cemetery

"The Annual Meeting of the Proprietors of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn will be held in
Boston, at Mercantile Hall, 16 Summer Street, on
Monday, February 6^th at 3½ o'clock P.M. to hear
the Annual Reports and to choose Trustees for the
ensuing year. Austin J. Coolidge, Secretary
Boston, Jan.y 30. 1865.

In accordance with the foregoing notification
which was published seven days before the time
of meeting, in several Boston newspapers, the
Proprietors met at the time and place therein
named. _

A quorum being in attendance, the President,
Dr Jacob Bigelow, took the chair.

On motion of Harvey Jewell Esq^r

Voted that the reading of the records of the last
annual meeting be dispensed with.

The President read the Annual Report of
the Trustees: The Treasurer read his Annual
Report, also that of the Superintendent. _
which, on motion of Sidney Homer Esq^r were
severally accepted. _
