Adj^d meeting of Trustees _ June 6, 1865 _

An adjourned meeting of the Trustees was held
on Tuesday, June 6^th 1865, at 10 o'clock a.m.

There were present the President, Messrs Austin,
Bowditch, Cheever, Little, Norcross and Read. _

The President being obliged to attend another
meeting, Mr Read was called to the chair.

By-laws adopted _

The report of the Committee on By-laws was
taken from the table: and the reading was proceeded
with. Amendments were made and the by-laws
were severally adopted, as hereinafter contained in
print.

The meeting was then adjourned until Monday
July 3^d at 11 o'clock a.m. _
