Painting of Sup^t's House authorized _

A communication was received from the Super-
intendent, representing that the house occupied
by him needing painting: and it was

Voted that the Superintendent be author-
ized to do the necessary painting of the "Super-
intendent's house."

Contract for Perpet Repair of lots no 2113 726 1124 1211 ratified.

Mr Bowditch for the Committee on Lots
reported that the Committee had contracted with
persons for the perpetual repair of their lots in
the following cases, and for the sums annexed:

Lot 2113 _ Heirs of Henry Gassett _ six hundred dollars ($600.) _
" [Lot] 726 _ " [Heirs] " [of] Catherine Peabody _ four hundred & fifty dollars (450.) _
" [Lot] 1124 _ " [Heirs] " [of] Henry Plympton four hundred & fifty dollars (450)
" [Lot] 1211 George Morey _ five hundred dollars (500.)

Voted that the contracts reported be hereby
concurred in. _

Represent^s of lots 726 & 1301 designated.

Upon the petiton of the parties in interest, represen-
tatives were designated in the following cases: _

Edward E. Poor of New York to represent lot numbered
726, lately owned by Catherine Peabody, deceased: _

Hannah J. Baxter of Boston to represent lot numbered
1301, lately owned by Moses Cook, deceased. _
