[Resolutions of respect to Mr Livermore to] be prepared by the Prest _

Mr Livermore, and forward a copy of the
same to the family of the deceased, and
that the Resolutions be entered upon the
records of the Trustees.

In accordance with the vote of ,
a letter was prepared by the President and
sent to the family of Mr Livermore of which the
following is a true copy: _

Resolutions respecting Livermore deceased, a member of this Board.

"Resolved _

That the Trustees of the Cemetery of Mount
Auburn feel with deep sorrow the loss of their
friend and cherished associate, Mr George
Livermore
.

They appreciate and gratefully remem-
ber the promptitude with which he entered
on the duties belonging to his position as a
member of their board. They have felt the
influence of his kind and courteous manners,
the modest and friendly bearing which tempered
the outspoken honesty of his opinions. They have
recognized and honored the position in our com-
munity which he had taken by his unsullied
integrity, his active and successful control of an
Exclusive business, : and the untiring energy of char-
acter, which in the midst of arduous practical
