The Bank above Mound Av. declared to be reserved as part of the open ground of the Cemetery _

between said Avenue and Anemone Path be reserved
as a part of the grounds set apart for the ornament
of the Cemetery in the same manner as the open
space in front of the Chapel is now reserved;
and that no lots or tombs be sold or allowed
to be placed in the said mound or bank, and
that in all future deeds of lots on the top of
said mound a covenant be inserted to that
effect.

Contr. for Perpet. Repair of Lot 794.

The Secretary for the Committee on Lots reported
that said Committee had contracted, subject to
the approval of this Board, with Philip Marett
of New Haven, Conn. for the perpetual repair of
his lot numbered seven hundred and ninety
four (794)
for the sum of three hundred and
fifty dollars _ ($350.)

and it was

Voted that the Board concur in the said contract.

Representation of Lot 1514

Upon the petition of the children _ heirs of John Bates,
deceased, late proprietor of lot numbered 1514,
Mary Bates of Boston, widow of said proprietor
was designated to represent said lot. _
