Lot 1597. Trustees decline to designate representative _

In the matter of the lot of Eliza Stone late
of Cambridge, deceased _ no 1597, it appearing that
she died unmarried, leaving a father Isaac Stone,
who would be the inheritor of anything not devised
in the will to any other person, and by the terms
of her will it appearing that said lot had descen-
ded to her said father, it was

Voted that the Trustees decline to make any
designation of representative for this lot. _

Report of Com. on Lots. on Lots Kept in repair _

Mr Austin for the Committee on Lots
submitted the Annual Report of the Committee
on the visitation of lots kept in repair under the
Repair Fund. _

Voted that the report be accepted and
placed on file. _
