Proprietors Annual Meeting _ Feb.y 5. 1866.
Mount Auburn Cemetery.

The Annual Meeting of the Proprietors of the Cemetery
of Mount Auburn will be held at the Horticultural
Hall, corner of Fremont and Bromfield streets, Boston, on
Monday February 5^th at 3½ o'clock p.m., to hear
the annual reports and choose Trustees for the ensuing
year. _

In accordance with the foregoing notification which was
published seven days before the time of meeting
in several Boston newspapers, the Proprietors
met at the time and place therein named.

A quorum being in attendance, Dr. Jacob
Bigelow took the Chair.

Records _

The record of the last Annual Meeting was
read by the Secretary.

Acceptance, &c of Annual Report _

The President has proceeded to read a portion of
the Annual Report of the Trustees, when

On motion of Rufus Wyman Esq. the meeting
voted to dispense with the reading of the several reports,
the same having been distributed in printed form to
the proprietors present. _

On motion of Nathan Matthews Esq

Voted to accept the Reports, & that they be placed on file.
