An order which was recommended by the
report was then proposed by Mr Rand,
which after amendment, was adopted,
and is as follows: _

Treas^r, Sec.y, Sup^t or Gatekeeper not to sell lots on commisⁿ _

"Resolved that the Treasurer, Secretary,
Superintendent and Gatekeeper be and they are
hereby directed in no case to act as paid
agents or brokers for the sale or exchange of
lots, and are hereby forbidden to receive any
commission, fee or reward for negotiating or
effecting such sales or exchanges." _

The meeting was then adjourned.

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held on Monday, April 2, 1866, at
11 o'clock a.m. _

There were present the President, and
Messrs. Cheever, Norcross, Rand and Read. _

The record of the last meeting was read. _

The report of the Committee on Salaries was taken
from the table and read. _
