Path, as shown upon the above named plan, -
a duplicate copy of which is to be entered with
the record of this conveyance upon the records of said
Corporation - said land so released containing
nine hundred and thirty five and 47/100 square feet,
more or less.

To have and to hold the same to the
Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn, their suc-
cessors and assigns forever.

And the said Mary
Hemenway
for herself and her heirs, Executors and admin-
istrators doth covenant with the said Proprietors of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn their successors and assigns that the
premises are free from all incumbrances made or suffered by her;
and that the will, and her heirs, Executors and administrators
shall warrant and defend the same to be said Proprietors their suc-
cessors and assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands
of all persons claiming by through or under her, but against
none other.

In witness whereof the said Corporation hath caused these pres-
ents to be signed by the Treasurer and countersigned by the Secretary,
and the Corporate seal to be hereto affixed; and the said
Mary Hemenway hath also signed her name and affixed
her seal on .
