Amendt to By-laws _
Upon motion of Mr Norcross,
It was Voted that the two amendments
to the by-laws respecting the compensation of
the Secretary and Treasurer, proposed in June,
(see p. 75) be hereby adopted. _
Contract for Perpetual Repair of Lot 2121.
The Secretary reported that the Committee on
Lots had contracted with the Executors of the
late Charles Sanders for the perpetual care of
lot numbered no. 2121 for five hundred
dollars.
Voted that said contract be hereby concurred
in _
also of Lot 1142
He also reported that the Committee
had contracted for the perpetual repair
of lot no. 1142 owned by Sophia M.
Cogswell, for the sum of three hundred dollars.
Voted that said contract be concurred in.

Upon the petition of the parties in interest represen-
tatives were designated for the several lots in connec-
tion with which they are named, as follows: _
