held on Monday, October 15, 1866, at 10 o'clock

There were present Messrs Bowditch, Cheever,
Livermore, Norcross, Read and Sleeper.

The President being absent, Mr Read was chosen

The record of the last meeting was read.

Contract for Perpetual Repair of Lot 177

The Secretary reported that the Committee on
Lots had contracted for the perpetual care of lot num-
bered one hundred and seventy-seven (177)^^{(Isaac H. Spring)} for the
sum of four hundred dollars. _

Voted that said contract be concurred in.
