Lots without permanent numbers, or bounds _

The Secretary stated that there are many
lots in the Cemetery without permanent numbers,
some having nothing thereon by which the number
is designated, and other having only moveable
iron stakes with the numbers cast in iron, which
are liable to constant change of location, as well
as to be broken off: and he suggested that a gen-
eral examination of all lots in the Cemetery be
made with a view to ascertain what lots
are so deficient, and that the said lots be
numbered at the expense of the proprietors thereof:

The Comee on Lots charged with duty of ascertaining in what cases there is a deficiency _ with full power to cause numbers & bounds to be affixed _

He also stated that a considerable number of
lots are still without permanent bounds. _

It was thereupon

Voted that the
duty of ascertaining what lots in the
Cemetery are without numbers or bounds
be referred to the Committee on Lots with full
power to cause all lots to be so numbered
and bounded in such manner as they shall
deem most expedient. _

Adjourned
Attest Austin J. Coolidge
Secretary.
