Trustees _ Jan.y 7. 1867 _

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was
held on Monday January 7^th at 10 o'clock a.m.

There were present the President and Messrs
Adams, Austin, Bowditch, Cheever, Little,
Lovejoy, Rand and Sleeper.

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Appropriation for erection of Stone Steps to St Paul Public Lot.

The President read a communication from the
Superintendent, asking this Board to appropriate
money sufficient to erect a flight of stone steps
down the bank as an entrance to the St Paul _ new
public lot, and stating that the same can be pro-
cured at a cost of three hundred and seventy
five dollars.

It was thereupon

Voted that the Superintendent be
authorized to proceed with the erection of a flight of
stone steps, in accordance with the plan submitted,
as an entrance to the St Paul public lot _ the
cost of the stone work not to exceed three hun-
dred and seventy five dollars. _

Contract for Perpet^l Repair of Lot 585 _

The Secretary reported that theg Committee on Lots
had contracted with Mr John Simmons for the
perpetual care of his lot, numbered five hundred
and eighty five (585) for the sum of five hun-
