The Treasurer read his Annual Report,
which was also ordered to be printed.

Time for meetings of Trustees _

On motion by Mr Cheever,

Voted that until otherwise ordered,
the meetings of the Trustees shall be held
monthly, on the second Tuesday of the month,
at 10 o'clock a.m. _

Time of Adjourn^d

Voted that when this meeting adjourn,
it be to Monday next, at 10 o'clock _

An adjourned meeting of the Trustees was
held on Monday, February 4^th 1867, at 10 o'clock
a.m. _

There were present the President and Messrs Adams,
Cheever, Livermore, Rand and Read. _

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Report of Com. on Lots on Semi-Annual visitation _

The report of the Committee on Lots embracing the result
of their last two semi-annual visitations to the lots kept in
repair by the Corporation was presented by the Secretary, which
was accepted and placed on file.
