Contract for Perpetl Repair of Lot 1841

The Secretary reported that the Committee on Lots
had contracted with Mr Peter C. Brooks for the
perpetual care of the "Capt. Josiah Sturgis lot." so
called _ numbered eighteen hundred and forty one,
(1841)
for the sum of two hundred dollars. _

and it was

Voted that said contract be concurred in.

Upon the petition of the parties in interest
representatives were designated for the several lots
in connection with which they are named, as follows: -
