Mount Auburn Cemetery.

Proprietors Annual Meeting _ Feb.y. 4. 1867 _

The Annual Meeting of the Proprietors of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn will be held at the
Horticultural Hall, Tremont Street, Boston, on
Monday, February 4^th at 3½ o'clock P. M. to
to hear the Annual Reports, and choose Trustees
for the ensuing year. _

In accordance with the foregoing notification
which was published seven days before the time
of meeting in the Boston daily newspapers, the
Proprietors met at the time and place therein
named. _ .

A quorum being in attendance, Dr. Jacob
Bigelow, the President, took the Chair.

Record read _

The record of the last annual meeting
was read by the Secretary.

Trustees' Annual Report

On motion of Jeffrey Richardson Esq. it was
Voted that the reading of the Annual Reports
be dispensed with, the same having been distributed
among the persons present at the meeting in pamphlet
form.

Accepted.

On motion also of Mr Richardson it was
Voted that the report of the Trustees be accepted.
