Meeting for Organization _

The first meeting of the Trustees for organi-
zation and business, which was also the regular
monthly meeting, was held at the office of the
Corporation (at No. 33 School Street) on Tuesday,
February 12^th 1867. at 10 o'clock a.m. _

There were present Messrs Austin, Bowditch,
Cheever, Livermore, Norcross, Rand and
subsequently Mr Read. 7 _

Chairman pro tem _

The President being absent, it was
Voted that Mr Norcross be Chairman
pro tempore.

The record of the last meeting of the Trustees,
and of the Annual Meeting of the Proprietors
was read. _

Ballot for Officers and Committees.

The Board then proceeded to the choice of
the officers and Committees by ballot, and they
were declared to be unanimously chosen as follows:

For Secretary Austin J. Coolidge
